Jocelyn Bethune

Jocelyn Bethune has written thousands of articles about Cape Breton. Her work has appeared on CBC Radio, in the Cape Bretoner Magazine, the Chronicle Herald newspaper, MacLeans Magazine and the Globe & Mail. Her words can be found in government travel brochures, ads and videos enticing tourists to visit Cape Breton Island. As a seasonal Parks Canada heritage
interpreter at the Alexander Graham Bell National Historic Site in Baddeck, she delivers in-depth presentations about the famous inventor and his life at Beinn Bhreagh. Her first book, Historic Baddeck (published by Nimbus) hit the bookstore shelves in May 2009 and has been at the top of the Sunday Herald's Nova Scotia Bestseller list a number of times since. She lives in Baddeck with her husband and three sons.
