Binnie Brennan
Binnie has attended several writing workshops, among them the Humber School for Writers in Toronto and the Maritime Writers’ Workshop in Fredericton, where she has worked with the Canadian writers Alistair MacLeod, MG Vassanji, and Sheree Fitch. Her writing has received support from the Nova Scotia Department of Tourism, Culture and Heritage. Since 1989, Binnie has called Halifax home, where she lives with her husband and two children.
